The Aromas Water District complies with the Fair Political Practices Commission and the California Government Code in following the provisions of our adopted Conflict of Interest Code (see PDF below). Biennially, the Code is reviewed by Staff and Board of Directors for any necessary changes or updates. The resulting report is sent to the Fair Political Practices Commission.

Each Director, the General Manager and Counsel submits a Form 700 Conflict of Economic Interest Form annually. Because we are a multi-county Special District, these forms are kept on file in the District office. Forms must also be turned in when a Director assumes or leaves office.
