Current Budgets

The District operates on a Fiscal Year basis beginning July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year. The annual expense budgets are typically approved before the end of the current fiscal year.

The Financial Reserve Policy describes three types of reserves: (1) Operating Reserves (short term); (2) Capital Emergency Reserves (for unplanned events); and (3) Capital Funding Reserve (long term projects).
